AEK Athens sack Donis

AEK Athens have sacked their managed Giorgios Donis after just ten games this season.

The 38-year-old is the fifth manager to get sacked in the Greek Super League this season.

AEK Athens confirmed in an official statement on their website: “AEK announces the termination of its cooperation with manager Giorgios Donis by mutual consent.

“The club’s management would like to thank Mr. Donis for his contribution to the team and wishes him every success for the continuation of his career.”
