Alves won’t rule out Monaco switch

Dani Alves has refused to rule out a remarkable switch to French club Monaco, who have just been promoted to Ligue 1.

The Barcelona full back is possibly one of the players the Catalan giants will offload in a summer overhaul of their squad.

“I’m happy at Barcelona but you never know the future,” Canal + quote Alves as saying. “I do not close the door to PSG nor any other club.

“PSG have signed great players in an attempt to achieve something great, they lack continuity but are on the right track.

“Monaco? I think that theirs is a project that is similar to PSG’s, we will hear their names much in the coming year.”
