The Daily Star reports that Anderson can leave United if someone matches their £8million price tag.
United are reportedly desperate to get the 25-year-old off their wage bill as the midfielder has made just two starts this season.
A club source told the Daily Star: “Anderson isn’t up to the standards required. He just hasn’t fulfiled his potential. If someone makes a decent bid for him in January he will be sold.”
Anderson joined United in 2007 from Porto for £27million and is currently earning £60,000-a-week at Old Trafford.
