Arsenal boss keeping tabs on German duo

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told his scouts to keep tabs on Ilkay Gundogan of Borussia Dortmund and Lars Bender of Bayer Leverkusen.

The Daily Mirror reports that Wenger is ready to continue his German revolution at the Emirates Stadium.

Wenger is still keen to bring in a midfield anchorman and could make moves for both Gundogan and Bender in the January transfer window.

The Gunners signed German playmaker Mesut Ozil for a club record £42million from Real Madrid on Monday.
