Bologna coach Arrigoni: Juventus were lucky

Bologna coach Daniele Arrigoni says Juventus were lucky to beat them 2-1 at the Renato Dall’Ara last night.

“In the first half, apart from the goal, Juventus did not create great chances,” explained Arrigoni.

“In the second half they were lucky on the second goal and it’s clear that when you go under against a squad as strong as Juventus, it is difficult to come back.

“Anyway, as soon as they began to fall off, we came out. We have reacted and I liked the character we showed.”

Bologna are now third from the bottom in Serie A.

He added: “This defeat certainly doesn’t change the table, for now I don’t look at it. Cagliari will be a fundamental game.”
