Bougherra happy at Rangers

Madjid Bougherra insists he does not want to leave Rangers in the January transfer window.

Reports have suggested that the Algeria international may be sold in January in order to ease the Glasgow giants’ masive £30million debt.

“I have not changed my intentions from last season. I will definitely stay in Glasgow and finish the season at the club,” he told the Daily Record.

“I love life at Rangers and I’m sure they will find an investor and things will work out.

“I feel great in Glasgow and I need stability because that is one of the keys to success and progress, especially on the eve of the African Nations Cup and a World Cup.”
