Brazil-England match on despite judge concerns

Brazil’s friendly with England at the newly refurbished Maracana will go ahead this weekend despite safety concerns.

A judge had ruled the game could not take place because of problems at the stadium, just weeks before the Confederations Cup is to start.

But within hours of the original decision it was overturned and now it appears the game will go ahead.
