Buenos Aires derby marred by violence

River Plate and Boca Juniors drew 1-1 on Sunday in a match marred by violence in Argentina.

River went into an early lead through Manuel Fanzini but Boca equalised through Santiago Silva.

In the second half the sending off of River’s coach prompted Boca fans to light flares and hurl them onto the field, prompting the hold up.
