De Gea signed for United from Atletico Madrid, but has been linked with their rivals Real Madrid.
“Things have been said and written. I’m very happy at Manchester United and I’m under contract,” he told Marca.
“I hope to be here for a long time and win many titles. Barca still has Valdes in goal. Madrid is my city and I would like to return there one day.”
