Miller joins Derby for a reported £3m and has signed a three-year contract with the club.
Davies told the club’s official website, www.dcfc.co.uk: “We are delighted to have added to the squad a player with outstanding commitment and a never-say-die attitude who will be a real handful for back fours in the Premier League.
“He is a proven goalscorer both at club and international level and gives us a different option up front.”
