Rangers had owed Dunfermline £85,000 in ticket debts following their meeting on 11th February.
Yorkston said: “Rangers have updated us. Dunfermline are quite happy with our discussions with the administrators.
“We have come to an agreement with them. They are happy and we are happy, but there is not an immediate fix.”
Yorkston added: “As we speak today, if they come out of administration I personally feel it’s a clean-slate job.
“If it’s liquidation, it’s a completely different kettle of fish.
“Liquidation is a completely different situation and they may well have to go down to the Third Division.
“We would have to look at it and see what all the facts are.”
