Can Hibernian, Hearts or any other side challenge the Old Firm for top spot?

Or will Rangers and Celtic reign in Scottish football for many more years to come?

I think that Hearts is getting set to challenge them, with their new acquisitions. Whether they CAN is another matter entirely, and I think they may have a hard time of it.
