Topic: Premiership picks 29-1

- Saturday -

Sunderland - Bolton
Sunderland: 2-0-4
Bolton: 3-0-3
Sunderland have weak form both home and away. But I believe they can win this game at home. But probably the best pick on this one is on a bit few goals.
Less than 2.5 goals.

Middlesbrough - Newcastle
Middlesbrough: 2-3-1
Newcastle: 2-2-2
A North Eastern derby clash this one. I believe in t tough battle against two teams who have shown ok form recently.
Less than 2.5 goals.

Wigan - West Brom
West Brom: 0-1-5
If Wigan want to avoid the fight to avoid relegation this season they will have to beat West Brom, who are struggling at the bottom with very poor form.
Wigan to win.

Stoke - Hull
stoke: 3-1-2
Hull: 1-2-3
After a very good start to the season Hull have disappointed in their recent games. I do not believe it will get any better after this game.
Stok to win.

Aston Villa - Fulham
Aston Villa: 3-1-2
Fulham: 3-2-1
Fulham are very strong at home but they have not impressed me on travel. Aston Villa managed a strong draw at home to Manchester United in their last game, but they should win this one.
Aston Villa to win with 0-1 handicap.

- Sunday -

Manchester City - Manchester United
Manchester City: 2-1-3
Manchester United: 3-2-1
City have just ok form but this is a derby clash, anything can happen. But after going two games without a goal I believe United will get a few goals in this one, so my pick will be on the amount of goals.
More than 2.5 goals and Dimitar Berbatov to score (if he starts the game).

Portsmouth - Blackburn
Portsmouth: 1-3-2
Blackburn: 0-2-4
Pretty poor form on both teams. Pompey have failed to impress after Harry Redknapp was replaced by Tony Adams as manager at the club.

Tottenham - Everton
Tottenham: 4-1-1
Everton: 3-2-1
Both teams have impressive form. Spurs are in super form after Harry Redknapp took over as boss at the club. But I expect Everton to put up a good fight in this one.
Tottenham to win and Frazier Campbell to score.

Chelsea - Arsenal
Chelsea: 4-1-1
Arsenal: 2-1-3
London derby between a side in good form and a side with poor form and internal problems. But do not expect Arsenal to lose this game. They are often very good against the best teams around.

- Monday -

Liverpool - West Ham
Liverpool: 4-1-1
West Ham: 1-2-3
Despite winning, Liverpool have failed to impress me in their recent games. Several lucky wins and 1-0 wins etc. I am still not convinced that they have a chance of winning the title this season. Could be a close one at good odds.

Re: Premiership picks 29-1

liverpool draw again ?? lots of reds fans will be pissed smile i think liverpool can overcome the hammers.

Re: Premiership picks 29-1

I know I know wink  But with Torres out. And Bellamy have failed to impress me! Who will be left to score the goals for the Reds?  Another one goal win after a strike by Gerrard?

I can just see them struggling a bit, and they offer pretty good odds on it as well wink

yes, seems very hard to predict at the moment. but I think Manchester United will come on a winning run now. So will be sure that they will be winning their upcoming games.
