if he wants to leave cos of the scandal then it rules out all the english clubs
but fergie said he decided that on 14th august which was before the scandal got it this means that he just wants to leave manyoo

Rooney's agent was probably happy with the outcome. He probably persuaded Rooney to say he wanted to leave united, in order to get more money from the Glazers.
