Re: Champions League picks and previews 2010-11

Champions League picks and previews 8 and 9 March

- Tuesday -

Barcelona - Arsenal
Arsenal won the first leg 2-1. Barcelona will need to attack in this one and that could open it up for Arsenal a few counters. I expect many goals in this one.
More than 2.5 goals.

Shakhtar - AS Roma
Shakhtar won the first leg 2-3. Shakhtar should be favorites to win this one at home as well, but the safest pick should be many goals as Roma are forced to attack in this one.
More than 2.5 goals.

- Wednesday -

Schalke - Valencia
The first leg between these two ended in a 1-1 draw. Valencia must attack in this one and I could see this game end with many goals.
More than 2.5 goals.

Tottenham - AC Milan
Tottenham managed a 0-1 away win over AC Milan in the first leg. Tottenham are strong, but I expect AC Milan to do better than they did in the first leg. Could be a close one.
Draw.
