In this topic I will write my picks for the games in the Primera Division this season. I will also post some team news now and then and some other types of information.

This is bound to be and indicator on how good this Real team realy is. They have splashed out more than £200m on new players this summer and should have no problems winning this game.

Zaragoza - Tenerife
Last season: 1-1 (Segunda Division)
Tenerife have impressed a bit in their recent friendlies and I believe they will put up a good battle in this game.

Draw here last season but this time around I actually believe Espanyol could win it. But I believe fewer than 2.5 goals is a safer pick.

Malaga - Atl. Madrid
Last season: 1-1
Malaga managed to get a 1 point from this game last season, but this time around I believe Atletico Madrid will manage to take all 3.

Mallorca - Xerez
Last season: Not played.
Mallorca should have no problems winning this game at home. I will be surprised if newly promoted Xerez gets anything from this game.

Osasuna - Villarreal
Last season: 1-1
The two meetings between these two last season ended both in draws and I believe the same thing could happen this time around.

Santander - Getafe
Last season: 1-1
Getafe have impressed me a lot in their friendlies this summer and I believe it will be a close game between these two.
Less than 2.5 goals.
Valencia - Sevilla
Last season: 3-1
Valencia won here last season but faces a Sevilla team who have impressed a lot in the pre-season. I think it will be close between these two.

Almeria - Valladolid
Last season: 3-2
Valladolid are actually my favourites to win this game. They have been pritty decent in recent games. But Almeria have won the last four meetings between these two here. Will go for many goals instead.

I do not believe Barcelona will manage to win the treble again this season. But they have a strong team and should be able to win this game.

Atl. Madrid made an impressive win here last season and I believe they should manage to do it again this season.

Both teams have had a winning start to the season and I expect this to be a close tie between these two.

Real Madrid with their superstar crew should be able to take all three points from this game like last season.

Sevilla are pritty decent at home and I expect them to win this game against newly-promoted Zaragoza.

La Coruna should be able to get a win from this game at home just like last season. They are pritty strong at home. Could be some goals in this one.

Villarreal - Mallorca
Last season: 2-0
Villarreal only managed a draw in their first game this season but I expect them to be able to get something from this game at home.

Valladolid - Valencia
Last season: 0-1
Valencia made a winning start to the season and I believe they can manage to continue with a win in this one. But few goals is probably the safest pick.

Xerez vs Ath. Bilabo
Last season: Not Played.
At. Bilbao won their first game of the season while the newly-promoted hosts lost theirs. I believe it will be close.

Malaga won here last season and I believe they will manage to do it again this season.

When you look at their recent games I expect some goals in this game and believe over is a good pick.

Barcelona have had a strong opening to the season and I believe they will win this game like they did last season.

Villarreal crushed Atheltico here last season, but I do not believe we will see that kind of result this time.

Zaragoza have won one and lost one while Valladolid have lost one and one draw so far this season. I believe in a home win.

Real Madrid with their team full of superstars should have no problems winning this game.

Valencia seems much better this season than they were last and I believe they will win this game.

Barca managed a narrow win here last season and they need wins in games like this in their battle with Real for the top spot.

Villarreal managed to beat Real here last season, but I expect them to struggle a lot more against the superstars from Madrid this season.

Valencia have made a good start to the season, even though they only managed a draw on Sunday. But Villa is on fire and I believe they will win.

I will be very very very surprised if Almerica get something from this game, the hosts should have no problems winning.
