Topic: Edgar Davids set to return to football

YEs you read it right that's The Edgar Davids. That dutch guy who played for a bunch of big clubs in spain and italy and was hugely successful for all of them. A legend is making a return with crystal palace in a pay as you play deal.

Any takers for zidane making a return bet?

I have not seen any of his games yet, but it will be fun if I could have seen him in the Championship for Crystal Palace. Apparently he struggled to hold on to his trademark glasses in his first game tongue

i read that he struggled big time and i think palace were thrashed big time 3-0
what is he thinking making a comeback at this age.
people think that championship is easy but they dont know that its almost as physical as bpl.
not for an old guy like him.

i wonder why he chose a financially struggling club for his comeback
he could have gone to middleeast  for the fat paycheck and play for one of the rich clubs there
they love old washed up stars there
