I think deadline day transfer of rafael van der vaart was the best deal. Don't know how much part he is gonna play with an excellent guy like luka modric in front of him, but i think to get a player of his calibre for a paltry 8 million is a friggin steal.

he may be the best deal but he won't be the best signing.
deal wise 8 mil for a player of his pedigree is brilliant deal, but impact wise i think mario balotelli will go down as one of the finest strikers in the premiership for years to come.

dont worry mikel'd big a$$ is gonna get benched soon.
ramires is perfect to play the makelele role, something mikel was never able to do bcos of his inability to pick out even small passes and his poor concentration
