Hong named new South Korea boss

Hong Myung-bo has been named as South Korea’s new manager, replacing Choi Kang-hee.

Choi guided the Koreans to the World Cup in Brazil next year before stepping down last week.

Hong was the captain of the South Korean side which reached the semi finals of the World Cup on home soil in 2002.
