Hughes appointed Stoke boss

Mark Hughes has become the new manager of Stoke City, replacing Tony Pulis.

Pulis was fired by Stoke last week for his dire style of football that he brought to the Britannia Stadium.

But in Hughes, Stoke have gone for a similar manager, whose reputation is in tatters after he destroyed Queens Park Rangers, and it remains to be seen if he can keep the club in the league next season.
