Hull City boss confirms interest in Nantes striker

Hull City manager Steve Bruce has confirmed his interest in signing Nantes striker Filip Djordjevic.

Djordjevic’s contract with the French side is set to expire at the end of the season and the striker has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs.

Bruce has admitted that Djordjevic is on his list of targets.

“It’s something we’re looking at. He’s someone on our list,” said Bruce.

“We’ll always try and improve.

“The difference in January is can you find anybody out there who will make you significantly better? “I think that’s the key to it.

“It’s not just about spending money, you need to find somebody who can make a difference.”
