League Cup win biggest of career – Laudrup

Michael Laudrup has hailed Swansea’s Capital One Cup final win over Bradford yesterday as the biggest in his managerial career so far.

Laudrup guided the Swans to the first cup triumph in their 100 year history as they beat Bradford City 5-0 at Wembley yesterday.

“As a manager it’s absolutely at the top, winning a trophy for the first time in 100 years,” Laudrup said. “The first trophy is always special and now next year in Europe … it’s a nice experience.”
