Madrid draw hands Barcelona title

Real Madrid drew 1-1 with Espanyol last night, a result which handed Barcelona the Spanish title.

Gonzalo Higuain equalised for Madrid in the second half of the match but it was not enough to prevent Barcelona celebrating their title a day early.

Barcelona take on Atletico Madrid tonight, who will be hoping to close the gap on Real, who remain second.
