Man Utd still interested in £60m-rated Spurs star

Manchester United remain interested in signing Tottenham winger Gareth Bale this summer.

The Sunday Mirror reports that United are ready to test Tottenham’s resolve to keep the 23-year-old.

United believe Bale would prefer a move to Old Trafford over a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has insisted that Bale will not be sold this summer.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy values Bale at £60million and are ready to hand the winger a new £170,000-a-week contract.

United are reportedly ready to include the likes of Anderson and Nani in a bid for Bale.
