Man Utd target keen on Spain move

Porto midfielder James Rodriguez has admitted he is keen on a move to La Liga.

The 21-year-old has recently been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United.

“I’m very aware that I’m still young and have a lot to learn, but I would eventually like to play in Spain,” Rodriguez told the official Fifa website.

“It’s a league that I’ve always watched – it’s different from the English League, which is very physical.

“The game in Spain is more about technique, and about getting more touches on the ball. That’s why I like it so much.”

Rodriguez’s current contract with Porto is set to expire in the summer of 2016.
