Madrid have consistently been inferior to Barcelona in recent times for developing and bringing through youngsters, and that has not changed under Mourinho.
“These club have two different policies. Barcelona has always had the grassroots, has given it much importance and it has worked well,” said Milla.
“They will continue with it too because it goes so well. Real Madrid has another policy that is managed by their Coach and there are few possibilities for homegrown players.”
