Berbatov ready for Bayer Leverkusen clash

Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov says he is ready to face his former teammates at Bayer Leverkusen tonight.

Berbatov said: "For 90 minutes out there, I will have no friends from Leverkusen even though I had some memorable times there.

"It will be strange to score and if I do I will celebrate in my usual way by raising my hand. I am a professional and my job is to help Spurs win.

"My career in Germany is over now. Hopefully I will have the same good times at Tottenham that I had while I was at Leverkusen."
