Everton closing in on Twente star
Everton boss David Moyes are closing in on signing Dutch winger Eljero Elia.The 21-year-old has also been linked with Hull and Blackburn in recent weeks.
The FC Twente star is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League.
Moyes is ready to make a £3.5million January bid for Elia, according to reports.
