Ajax turn down €11m Everton bid for Vertonghen
Ajax have reportedly turned down an €11million bid for Belgian defender Jan Veronghen.AD/Sportwereld reports that the Dutch giants turned down an offer from Everton for the highly-rated defender.
Everton boss David Moyes is keen to strengthen his defence in the summer.
Veronghen has impressed at Ajax in recent seasons and reports suggest Liverpool are also keeping tabs on the defender.
