Harry rues Defoe absence

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has spoken of his desire to have striker Jermaine Defoe back in action sooner rather than later.

Redknapp's side lost 4-2 to Bolton yesterday, and the Spurs boss believes that Defoe gives them a cutting edge up front that they have perhaps been missing, despite the form of Gareth Bale and Rafael van der Vaart.

"We have missed Defoe's goals. I am sure he would have five or six already, which makes a massive difference. We miss the little fellow."

Why doesn't Redknapp play Robbie Keane. He is messing with the guy. I don't think RK has had an hours soccer this season even though he was pre-season best player.
