Chelsea confirm Anelka move to Shanghai Shenhua
Chelsea have confirmed they have a agreed a deal to sell Nicolas Anelka to Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua in January.Anelka had a transfer request accepted by the Blues earlier this month.
A statement on their official website read: "Chelsea Football Club and Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua have agreed terms for the permanent transfer of Nicolas Anelka in the January transfer window."
The 32-year-old striker has scored 59 goals in 185 games for Chelsea since joining the club from Bolton.
