Polish goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak admits he is delighted to have joined Brighton.

Kuszczak has signed a two-year deal with the Seagulls and joins the club on a free transfer from Manchester United.

"I think it's a great club," the 30-year-old told Sky Sports News. "The way how people work in this club and how progressive the club is over the years.

"It looks to me like it's going to be a future Premier League club and obviously I like the way they play.

"I played last season against them and I loved it. They pass the ball. They play really exciting football.

"They try to play like the biggest teams in the world.

"I'm very happy that I get the chance to play for this club and the idea is to go up to the Premier League."
