Man City star set to be offered new £52m deal
Manchester City are reportedly ready to open talks with midfielder David Silva over a new deal.The Daily Star reports that City are ready to offer a new deal worth a staggering £52million over the next five years.
Real Madrid has been strongly linked with a move for the Spain international in recent weeks.
Silva has recently said: "I feel very comfortable here.
"In only two years I have been able to win the most prestigious titles in England – the FA Cup and the Premier League."
His agent Julio Llorente told the Daily Star Sunday: "David has a long contract with Man City. I don’t know what will happen in the future but he wants to stay."
