Arsenal not interested in Van Persie sale - chairman

Peter Hill Wood, the Arsenal chairman, says the club have no interest in selling Robin van Persie.

Van Persie's future is the subject of much speculation but the Arsenal supremo insists the club's stance is solid.

Hill-Wood said: “As far as I am aware, nobody has made any offer for him and he is away so we are not in any dialogue at all.

“We are not in the remotest bit interested in selling him.”
