Havelange, Teixeira, fingered by bribe allegations
Joao Havelange and Ricardo Teixeira have been accused of taking bribes from FIFA's former marketing partner.
Former FIFA President Havelange and his former son in law Teixeira, until recently head of the Brazilian Football Confederation and World Cup, were both accused in papers finally released on Wednesday.
Those papers detail accusations against both for taking huge sums of money from the defunct organisation ISL.
