Blackburn and Wolves join chase for Leeds star

Blackburn and Wolves have joined the chase for Leeds United star Ross McCormack.

The Daily Mirror reports that Blackburn and Wolves have joined Huddersfield, Crystal Palace, Middlesbrough and Bristol City in the chase for the 25-year-old striker.

The Scotland international has snubbed a new deal with Leeds and is expected to leave the club in a deal of around £2.5million this summer.

McCormack scored 19 goals for Leeds United last season.

Leeds boss Neil Warnock confirmed: "There have been enquiries from Ross from a number of clubs who are all keen to sign him.

"I am going to do what is best for Leeds United so, until something happens where I think my club benefits, Ross will continue training with us. And he understands the situation."
