Hazard set to sign for Chelsea
Thorgan Hazard, brother of new Chelsea signing Eden, is set to join him in London.The 19 year old midfielder is a Belgian youth international whom Eden claims is the more talented of the pair.
Reports on Wednesday have suggested Chelsea are close to signing the Lens man.
