Lugano is surplus to requirements at Paris St Germain just a year after joining following the signing of Thiago Silva.

"Fluminense made an official offer for him, but Lugano does not want to return to Brazil," Lugano's agent Juan Figer told Lancenet. "For now, he will continue at PSG, where he is happy and will wait at least until the end of the year to resolve his future."
