The Sunday Express reports that Ferguson is ready to use half of that on Robin van Persie and the other half is set to be offered for Brazilian starlet Lucas Moura.

Inter Milan have joined the race to sign young Brazilian Lucas Moura this summer. Brazilian side Sao Paulo are reportedly demanding close to £30million for the highly-rated midfielder.
