Oscar has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea in recent weeks and is expected to complete a move to Stamford Bridge in the near future.

Rafael told The Daily Mirror: "I have heard about Oscar coming to Chelsea.

"He is a good player and very important for us (Brazil). I really think he will do very well in the Premier League because he is a talented player."
