Assuncao set for Sao Paulo
Atletico Madrid will release Paulo Assuncao from his contract so he can return to Brazil.The player has a year left on his contract and is set to complete his move to Sao Paulo after being released.
"I have enjoyed the best moments of my career here, winning three European trophies," Assuncao said. "I am looking forward to returning to Brazil."
