West Ham loan offer accepted for Carroll
Andy Carroll will likely not play for West Ham this season despite a loan offer being accepted for his services.The Liverpool forward does not appear to want to play for the newly promoted side.
Instead he wants to play in Europe, and so Liverpool may continue to wait for a suitor to come in for the player.
