Man City set to sign Arsenal and Chelsea target
Manchester City have reportedly won the race for French teenager Jules Ntcham from Le Havre.The youngster has recently been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Juventus.
Sky Sports reports that City have managed to lure the 16-year-old to the Etihad Stadium.
Ntcham have reportedly been in Manchester on Monday to hold talks with City over a move.
City will have to pay Le Havre a compensation fee for the youngster.
