Vargas, who starred for Universidad de Chile during their Copa Sudamericana triumph last year, has not scored in 13 appearances for Napoli.

“I just want to play football,” the forward told Radio ADN. “Otherwise I’ll ask the club to send me out on loan somewhere.

“We are in discussions with Napoli and we’re looking to understand what the best thing to do is.”
