Daniele de Rossi is the subject of a bid from Manchester City which the player and his club Roma are considering, reports suggest.Various reports in Italy have suggested City have made a huge offer for the player.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport de Rossi has agreed to the move, subject to Roma accepting City's offer.
