Rodgers confident Liverpool will improve
Brendan Rodgers has said that he is confident Liverpool will improve quickly despite languishing in the relegation zone.
Liverpool have two points from five after a 2-1 home defeat to Manchester United, although they played well for long periods.
"Arsenal last year didn’t get off to a great start. I think performance wise, everyone can see the growth in the group", he told Liverpool's website.
"There are a lot of young players looking to define a style of play. I think we’re seeing that and seeing some a lot of positive moments in the games, particularly over the last couple of weeks."
