Athletic Bilbao endured a miserable start to the campaign but Bielsa is hoping it will turn around now.

“We need to play the same way, regardless of the opponent, at home or away,” said Bielsa. “Hopefully this win can start that. I want us to be a more balanced side, more free-flowing.

“I thought we were poor in the second half today – a very different side from what I wanted. If we'd have drawn the match, I don't think that would have been strange.”
