Marchisio - qualification in our hands

Claudio Marchisio was thrilled after Juventus beat Nordsjaelland 4-0 last night to keep alive their hopes of qualification for the knockout stage of the Champions League.

If Juventus beat Chelsea at home in their next match, then they will need just a point from their last game away to Shakhtar Donetsk to knock the holders out.

"We played well both technically and mentally," Marchisio told reporters. "It was important to win and we did well. After the defeat against Inter there was a lot of talking but people forgot that we hadn't lost for a year."

"Chelsea's win (against Shakhtar) does not change anything for us, the qualification is in our hands."
