Vilanova leaves hospital after operation
Tito Vilanova has left hospital after an operation on Thursday to remove a cancerous tumour.The operation was on his parotid gland, and the Barcelona coach has now been able to leave the Vall d'Hebron Hospital.
The news will be a boost to all associated with Barcelona and the wider Spanish football community after the shock of the return of his cancer this week.
