Guardiola needs "four or five years" at a club - Cruyff
Johan Cruyff believes Pep Guardiola needs four or five years at his next club to impose his vision of the game.
Guardiola is linked with most top teams across Europe, but one is Chelsea, who are notorious for firing managers too quickly.
"He is too young to quit," Cruyff told Le Buteur. "I think if he wants to stay for four or five years at his new club, he will have to have a president who will give him carte blanch to handle things according to his own vision of football."
